Meals at the UXU are an event themselves!
Start your day with a simple meal of juice, fruit, cereals and fresh homemade fruit muffins or live a little while you are on vacation and have the full breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, grits, hash browns or other potatoes.
Try one of our mushroom, bacon and goat cheese omelets and face the day with a new vigor!
Lunch at the Ranch always includes a home made soup du jour, sandwiches on fresh made pita or herbed focciacia and ciabatta breads with your favorite meats, cheeses and vegetable trimmings.
On the trail, you can expect marinated tenderloin kebobs on the open fire and a cookie made fresh that morning!
Dinners at the Ranch speak for themselves. Whatever your culinary tastes are we should be able to excite your palate! Leg of Lamb, Tenderloin of Elk, Buffalo Filet, Butter-flied Trout prepared by our chefs just for you!
